wine bar between the hours of 1 - 6pm

RED WINES
NEW RELEASE
PINOT NOIR 2006
Pinot Noir “Clos Mes Amis” 2006.......... 26.50/bottle
the majestic and mysterious Pinot Noir is a grapevine that
speaks with great eloquence of the soil in which it is grown.
Our estate grown 2006 Pinot Noir has intense aromas of dark
cherry, lavender and star anise spice that compliment a warm,
soothing, lingering finish. This is a special wine that hails
from a special place
Cabernet Franc 2005.......... 25.00/bottle
the hallmarks of high quality, cool climate Cabernet France is
brambly aromas - with intense blueberry fruit. All of this
wrapped around a center of great length with a long, lingering
finish.

Musette Red............... 18.00/bottle
this enchanting red blend is comprised of our estate grown
Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin. Medium garnet in color,
Musette Red is infused with the tastes and aromas of the grapes
from which it is made. Earthy complexity from the Pinot Noir,
bright fruit from the Cabernet Franc, and vivacity from the
Chambourcin

Salmon-hued and scented with aromas of young, fresh brambles and
cranberries, this wine is most notable for its' beguiling finish

Chardonnay “Fut de Chene” 2005........ 21.50/bottle
a harmonious blend of fruit from our three Chardonnay vineyards -
fermented in new American oak and aged prior to bottling. The wine
demonstrates the incredible results of long-time aging on the lees.
A nose rich with butterscotch and toasty vanilla bean complimenting a
taste of tasty oak and citrus.
Chardonnay “St. Vincent” 2003....... 35.00/bottle
Elegant and refined - a truly one of a kind Chardonnay. Made exclusively
from grapes from our St. Vincent vineyard - this wine is full and rich.

CHARDONNAY CUVEE SANS CHENE......19.00/bottle
Taste the full fruit of the Chardonnay grape without the oak.
This is a stainless steel chardonnay to rival all others. Crsip,
clean and refreshing on the palate. Another unique wine from

Pinot Gris "Late Harvest"............22.00/bottle
An outstanding example of patience and temerity, the 2002 Pinot gris was
allowed to hang on the vines until the grapes reached an astonishing 32Brix!!
Deep golden in color with a panopoly of flavors, this wine is sure to please
those with a sweet tooth. Sold by the half bottle only.
